Lobby Security Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

• Inform the Command Center Shift Supervisor of any safety hazards or security issues as soon as you see them
• Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents and video that is captured
• Accurately complete any and all related reports prior to the end of your shift. All reports must be reviewed by the Shift Supervisor prior to final completion
• Understand the emergency plan and actively assist in any and all emergency situations
• Check-in all visitors through the system and provide guests the appropriate guest pass
• For an unscheduled guest arrival, contact the appropriate individual for approval to allow the guest into the administrative space
• Monitor the Evolve machine for any suspicious items on guests walking into the space
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in the security or a related field preferred
• Effective communication skills, oral and written
• Understanding of the security operation and NFL Best Practices
• Attentive to detail and observant
• Ability to remain calm and work under pressure
• Effective computer skills
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• The Lobby Security officer works directly out of the E2 administrative lobby.
• The position is staffed Monday - Friday.
• Shifts include 7:00 am 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm 7:00 pm
• Normal office environment
