The Inn at Bellefield, located in the heart of New York's scenic Hudson River Valley directly across from the renowned Culinary Institute of America, offers an inspiring blend of culinary culture, modern comfort, and timeless Hudson Valley charm. This 137-suite hotel features spacious accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, and thoughtful amenities designed for both extended stays and leisure getaways. Guests can enjoy a distinctive culinary and social experience on property, including a welcoming lounge, outdoor patio with a cozy firepit, and an extensive fitness center. The hotel also offers flexible, multi-purpose gathering spaces for meetings, celebrations, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
• Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
