- Vacuum, dust, polish, straighten furniture and decor, clean/sanitize surfaces, and remove waste from guest rooms and common areas.
- Empty room attendant carts and clean corridor walls, doors, mirrors, room numbers, and elevator doors.
- Obtain and distribute amenities and supplies to room attendants.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms by turning mattresses and moving furniture as directed.
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests, including answering questions, giving directions, and offering information.
- Support safety and emergency preparedness by responding to guest needs and reporting suspicious activities or hazards.
- Assist with the relocation of furniture during shampooing sessions.
- Report all incidents or concerns to the Safety/Security department.
- Be available to assist coworkers and the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
