LOBBY HOST/RECEPTION

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in roles that support our pet care facility. Candidates must be passionate about animal welfare and customer service.

About the role

As a Kennel Attendant, Lobby Host/Receptionist, Groomer, or Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests—both pets and their owners—have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will vary based on the position but will focus on animal care, customer interaction, and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for pets, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their well-being.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including kennels, lobby, and grooming areas.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle customer inquiries.
• Support grooming services, including bathing, brushing, and basic grooming tasks (for grooming roles).
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance (for operations manager roles).
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations for animals and staff.
• Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, payments, and phone calls.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must not be allergic to cats or dogs.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (availability may vary by role).
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous experience in animal care, customer service, or grooming is a plus but not required for all positions.
