Lobby Grill - Line Cook

Job Summary

At Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, we are seeking a Line Cook to masterfully prepare and maintain a tantalizing array of meat, fish, and poultry delicacies at our Lobby Grill.

Key Responsibilities

• Create culinary magic by meticulously preparing daily supplies and food items.
• Delight guests by crafting dishes according to precise recipes and guest preferences.
• Select only the finest ingredients to ensure culinary excellence.
• Maintain impeccable standards in food storage and cleanliness to meet health regulations.
• Showcase your expertise in broiling and sautéing techniques to elevate our menu offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a similar environment; Broiler and sauté experience preferred.
• Certificates or Licenses: Maricopa County Food Service Worker card.

Desired Skills

• Masterful knowledge of cooking fundamentals and techniques.
• Expertise in kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to butcher fish and meat with finesse.
• Compliance with Health Department standards with precision.
