About the Role

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments. Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
• Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Return and restock cart at the end of shift.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
