About the Role
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining all public and employee areas by ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and stocked. This position ensures public spaces are in excellent condition for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all employee and guest restrooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed.
- Maintains proper levels of towels or hand towels in the fitness area, locker rooms, and restrooms.
- Dusts all public area fixtures, art, and furniture.
- Ensures proper levels of towels at all pool facilities.
- Uses electrostatic fogger to sanitize all public spaces and follows proper sanitization protocols.
- Sanitizes public areas including the Pool, Gym, Kissing Camels, Spa, and Wellness center, and restocks supplies as needed.
- Vacuums all hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and empties trash from restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and public areas.
- Maintains proper levels of guest supplies and other amenities in the locker rooms.
- Communicates needs to supervisor and offers assistance to guests.
- Delivers "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
- Establishes cross-departmental communication channels among teammates.
- Greets every guest, member, and team member with "I Am Proud" standards.
- Provides extraordinary service that is "Enriching by Nature."

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Daily communication with guests, supervisors, housemen, laundry, and front desk staff.
- Occasional participation in one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Continuous teamwork and cross-departmental communication.
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, bending over, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional crouching, kneeling, balancing, and manual dexterity tasks.
- Requires fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near and far vision, and color recognition.
- Environmental factors include indoor/outdoor settings, exposure to chemicals, uneven surfaces, and potential inclement weather.
- May involve operating motorized equipment or vehicles.
