POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of guests by tending to the main door of the building.
  • To be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist visitors when requested.
  • Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
  • Aid customers with operating kiosks for faster wait times.
  • Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and operating guides.
  • Crowd control with COVID protocols of allowing 12 guests in lobby at once.
  • Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
  • Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ months in a customer service environment.
  • Must be able to stand the entirety of the shift.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
