POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of guests by tending to the main door of the building.
- To be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist visitors when requested.
- Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Aid customers with operating kiosks for faster wait times.
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and operating guides.
- Crowd control with COVID protocols of allowing 12 guests in lobby at once.
- Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
- Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ months in a customer service environment.
- Must be able to stand the entirety of the shift.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
