Loaner Vehicle Representative

About the role

The Loaner Vehicle Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the loaner vehicle program.

Responsibilities

• Handle loaner vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure all vehicles are returned in good condition
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels and order new vehicles as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
