Loan Workout Officer

About the role

This person will be responsible for restructuring loans, working with lending personnel and borrowers to better secure collateral and / or assets of the borrower. Works with small and mid-size loans of medium to high complexity. The position will manage a portfolio of distressed loans / relationships up to $20,000,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
