About the role

Full‑time hybrid position assisting the Credit Union in achieving its mission of becoming members’ first choice as their partner to make informed financial decisions. The role provides outstanding service to internal members and performs a variety of support functions for the membership under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fax daily ACH reports to dealers.
• Respond to secure messages from members sent through online banking.
• Complete assigned Synapsys Events including collections requests, document requests, release of liens, and removal of GAP, MBP & Payment Protection.
• Process all TDRs (Troubled Debt Restructures), loan extensions & alternate payment structures.
