In the Role, You Will:
- Drive sales performance by efficiently managing a dynamic workflow and meeting productivity targets, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering ease, empathy, and encouragement—contributing directly to individual and branch revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through the loan lifecycle and presenting tailored financial solutions that support both customer needs and sales objectives.
- Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and internal systems—to maximize outreach, connection, and sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate a goal-driven, achievement-focused mindset, consistently striving to exceed performance metrics and contribute to branch growth.
- Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand loan terms, features, and available benefits, supporting cross-sell and product penetration goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
- A Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal-driven or commission-based environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
Working Conditions
- This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone.
- The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required.
- Overtime may be required on an as needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
