Loan Specialist

About the role

As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing loan applications from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all loans are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications according to established policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan status and answer any questions they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to lending activities.
• Prepare loan documents and submit them for approval.
• Follow up with customers after loan disbursement to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or loan processing role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
