Responsibilities
- Loan Boarding & System Management: Execute the accurate boarding of completed loans onto the bank's host system, managing critical data including collateral, UCC information, borrowing bases, and appraisals.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Perform rigorous QA by auditing loan documentation, collateral perfection, and insurance tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Financial Servicing & Balancing: Manage complex payment processing, account balancing, and general ledger reconciliations, including the resolution of daily G/L outages and participation account maintenance.
- Escrow & Exception Administration: Oversee the full lifecycle of escrow files—including analysis, vendor payments, and notifications—while managing exception tracking through specialized software.
- Records & Documentation Integrity: Maintain electronic and physical loan files using FCM systems, ensuring all required documents are scanned, indexed, and verified for completeness.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide technical and administrative support to lending staff, loan assistants, and processing teams, assisting with data research, clean-up, and collateral releases.
Requirements
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - you must have these to be considered for this role:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to perform the essential functions, mental, and physical demands of the job as listed in the Full Job Description.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessary.
