Minimum Qualifications Two-year college degree and three years of experience in administration, accounting, or finance related field, or five years equivalent experience. Position must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and effectively organize and manage time, with high attention to detail. Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suites and familiarity with loan processing and servicing software are preferred. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors. The position is in Great Falls, Montana and requires in-person work in the office. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Close out all NWMT and GAHF electronic loan files by monitoring and collecting all trailing documentsMaintain the filing of lending’s physical legal documents and electronic loan filesProvide accurate and timely completion of core loan servicing functions including, but not limited to:Mortgage loan servicing process for all loan programsOnboarding of new loans into loan servicing databaseProcessing of loan paymentsCredit bureau and bankruptcy reportingResponding to payoff requestsMonth end servicing tasks including balancing escrow accounts and reportingMonitor delinquencies and pursue collection efforts on delinquent loansMonitor and maintain up to date insurance notifications Process monthly reconveyance procedures for paid off and written off loans Process all required year-end notices and complete their mailings as needed Work closely with attorneys to support foreclosure, bankruptcy and legal proceedings as needed Administration Support administrative needs for Great Falls and remote offices as directed including activities such as processing mail, addressing maintenance needs and maintaining general office procedures Other Duties Provide backup to the Accounting and Administrative Specialist as neededParticipate in lending committees, board meetings, and staff meetings and activitiesParticipate in departmental planning and training as requestedPerform other duties as assigned
