Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of loan servicing tasks including account maintenance, document processing, and customer communication.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support loan servicing operations.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to customers to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements
Passionate about delivering top-notch service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Detail-oriented and able to solve problems efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service or loan servicing role preferred.
- Strong organizational and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
