What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly voice borrowers reach after closing — answering calls and getting them answers.
• Handle core loan servicing: loan boarding, payoff processing, and disbursing taxes and insurance.
• Connect with borrowers about first payments and process incoming payments accurately.
• Upload closed loan files to investors for review.
• Review agency loans and clear edits before purchase.
• Prepare data transfers tied to loan purchases.
• Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans.
• Own the accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans to keep everything airtight.
• Board, report on, and audit loans managed with our subservicer.

What You Bring

• Loan servicing experience (preferred) — or a solid accounting background.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine comfort talking with customers and investors by phone.
• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to hit deadlines consistently.
• The ability to fly solo and play well on a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and friends).
