Responsibilities
- Aid branches, departments, and customers with loan servicing inquiries.
- Perform account maintenance for Home Equity, Small Business, Auto, and Personal loans and lines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Banking experience in the consumer loan area with good working knowledge of the various consumer loan products as well as mortgage loan documentation and regulations highly desirable.
- One year of experience in general clerical, administrative, customer service or related field.
- Able to plan, organize and budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn various software programs.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $17.75 - $22.75/hr; commensurate with experience.
