This job is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to loan and investor customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter and/or audit new loan information in loan servicing system.
• Calculate servicing and pricing splits for investors, seller banks and correspondents.
• Prepare tax contracts for non-escrow loans.
• Set up initial escrow allocations for loan accounting.
• Calculate loan payoffs and complete verification of mortgages, upon request.
• Scan and index new loan information.
• Process billing statements in accordance with established schedule.
• Reply to customer service inquiries and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Follow standard procedures for handling past due accounts.
• Prepare and mail monthly line of credit activity statements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education Required – High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training and work experience.

Experience Preferred – Associates Degree in business related field.

Preferred – 2 years’ experience in loan servicing and customer service.
