Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of eight years of directly related loan services experience
- Minimum five years of loan servicing experience
- Extensive knowledge of Fiserv DNA
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized projects
- Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Financial Services experience
Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly across multiple levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the life cycle of processes and products tied to the Loan Servicing strategic plan, including new loan product buildout and vendor relationship implementation
- Collaborate with enterprise partners to align Loan Servicing initiatives, identify downstream impacts, and ensure successful rollouts
- Manage Fiserv DNA system upgrades, including regression testing, enhancement rollouts, and defect resolution
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate program deficiencies and potential losses
- Review and interpret data to drive tactical improvements
- Coordinate with EPMO on loan servicing initiatives and track departmental projects
- Propose and deploy solutions for gaps in loan servicing workflows
- Manage onboarding of new loan participations and reconciliation/reporting for existing ones
- Support end-to-end management of Flow Programs, acting as a liaison between flow partners, lending, and treasury for settlement processing and portfolio oversight
- Monitor and enhance existing loan servicing RPA processes, working with the RPA team to resolve defects and create new processes
- Develop, deploy, and maintain procedures, job aids, and internal resources for new and existing products
- Perform additional duties as requested by your supervisor

Pay
The good faith salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and operational needs.
