Responsibilities

• Oversee all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans.
• Lien perfection on collateralized consumer loans.
• Provide leadership to the servicing team, driving operational efficiency.
• Ensure an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff.

Requirements

• Minimum formal education: Bachelor degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required. Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.
• Three to five years of management experience is required.
• Must be 100% bondable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
