We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Preserve all substantive info. We need to extract sections: From posting: - Intro: "Are you looking for an employer that provides 4+ weeks of PTO and benefits upon hire, focuses on advancement opportunities, and has an overall average employee tenure of a decade? With tuition reimbursement, wellness incentives, and a 401K plan with dollar-for-dollar match, Florence Bank has it all! At Florence Bank, we offer: Competitive salary Hybrid work schedule after successfully completing 6 months of employment Generous paid time off 12 paid holidays Dynamic work culture Fun work environment Weekly pay schedule Medical, dental, Vision and life insurance upon hire 401K plan with dollar-for-dollar match Profit sharing bonus after two full calendar years of employment Robust wellness program with monetary incentives $5,000 tuition reimbursement each calendar year" That's benefits and perks. Could be Benefits section. - "We are currently seeking candidates to join our exceptional team for the following position: Job Title: Loan Servicer Location: Main Office SALARY RANGE: $19.77 To $26.01 Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. The posted range is intended to provide a general estimate and does not guarantee a specific rate of pay." We have Salary range (Pay). Also location maybe not needed as heading; could be in About the role. - Position Summary: description. - Essential Functions: list of duties. - Other Responsibilities: "Assumes additional responsibilities, as requested." - Education, Experience, and Skills Required: list. - Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements: etc. - Equipment Used: etc. - All employees handling customer accounts... (maybe part of responsibilities). We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary + location?), Responsibilities (essential functions + other responsibilities), Requirements (education, experience, skills), Qualifications maybe overlapping; Skills maybe separate; Benefits (the perks); Pay (salary range); Schedule (hybrid work schedule after 6 months, weekly pay schedule). Also maybe "Work Schedule" includes hybrid and weekly pay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we can include Pay section with salary range; we should not include "Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience." as filler? It's somewhat generic but we can keep as part of Pay description? The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state salary range, so Pay section is okay. However we must avoid filler text like "commensurate with experience". We could either omit that sentence or rephrase? We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that sentence? It's substantive? It's somewhat generic but it's part of the posting. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", ...). That suggests we should not include that phrase as content under Pay heading because it's filler. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; is that phrase substantive? It's basically saying pay depends on experience, which is not a specific detail. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit it? But then we lose some info. However the rule says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't say we cannot include filler text elsewhere; just not as the sole content under a heading. If we have other substantive content (salary range) under Pay, then the heading is not followed only by filler. So we can include the sentence as additional text; it's okay. Similarly for Schedule: we have hybrid work schedule after 6 months, weekly pay schedule. That's substantive. Benefits: we have many items. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

Maybe Qualifications not needed separate; we could combine Requirements and Skills but rule: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have Requirements and Skills separate; could combine into Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list: we can use Qualifications for combined education/experience/skills. However we already used Requirements and Skills. Might be okay but could be considered thin. Better to have one Qualifications section that includes education, experience, skills. Let's do that. Thus:

Schedule: we already included hybrid schedule and weekly pay in Benefits; but we could also have Schedule section. However we already used hybrid and weekly pay under Benefits; maybe better to move them to Schedule. Benefits should focus on insurance, PTO, tuition, 401k, profit sharing, wellness. Let's adjust. Thus Benefits: PTO, holidays, insurance, 401k, profit sharing, wellness, tuition. Schedule: hybrid work schedule after 6 months, weekly pay schedule. Pay: salary range.
