Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion
- Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections
- Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions
- Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Educate customers on loan terms and optional products
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment
- Bilingual in Spanish/English

Schedule
Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
