About the Role
A seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor is needed to join our growing team due to consistent increases in business.
Responsibilities
- Analyze income documentation for loan processing.
- Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with 2-5+ years of recent experience.
- Utilize Encompass LOS (knowledge is a plus).
- Ensure compliance with TRID regulations.
- Proactively and timely communicate loan decisions and underwriting guidelines to customers and business partners.
- Accurately and quickly request and obtain required documentation for loan submission and final approval to meet underwriters' requests for closing.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
- Maintain superior internal and external customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Work effectively in a flexible, fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in residential mortgage processing.
- Verifiable and proven track record as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Dependable transportation and references.
