Responsibilities
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience analyzing income.
- 2-5+ years of FHA, VA, and Conventional recent processing experience.
- Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of compliance / TRID regulations.
- Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
- Accurately and quickly request and obtain needed items for submission of loan as well as completion of final approval to meet underwriters requests for closing.
- Able to hold weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
- Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a flexible and fast-paced production-oriented environment.
