Loan Processor

About the role
The Loan Processor position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato or Rochester, MN, or Sun Prairie, WI office locations. The contributions you will make include facilitating the client journey through the processing of new PCA loans, serving as a client point of contact, and maintaining a high degree of accountability throughout the loan life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a client point of contact, establishing strong relationships through exceptional and consistent service.
- Collaborates with Financial Officers (FOs) across all Compeer locations to obtain pre-qualification information.
- Prepares accurate operating and term loan documents for new loans, from the point of loan application through loan finalizing.
- Serves as the Deal Champion on all submitted loans by having a broad working knowledge of Association processes and policy.
- Affixes lien position, following up on UCC terminations or other lien releases, obtaining vehicle titles, and ensuring first lien position.
- Maintains accuracy of the chattel tracking system and coordinate with teammates to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated understanding of collateral and perfecting liens.
- Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work.
- Keen eye for detail, which ensures accuracy and compliance in all loan documentation and processing steps.
- Adaptable to changes to help mitigate risks and seize opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and able to learn/use new systems (e.g. loan origination), applications and other related technology products.
Skills and experience

Pay
$42,300 - $66,600 USD
