Loan Processor at BRCC Department of Business Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year About The Role The Loan Processor will support application processing by reviewing submitted information, organizing documentation, tracking outstanding requirements, and maintaining accurate case records. Key Responsibilities Review application files for required documents, completed fields, and basic consistency.Maintain accurate status information and document outstanding items in the assigned system.Request or route follow-up for missing documentation using approved procedures.Organize supporting financial and identity records so the file is ready for the next review stage.Record updates, conditions, and completed actions clearly throughout the process.Protect applicant information and avoid making approval decisions outside assigned authority. Qualifications Working knowledge of Loan Processing, Application Review, and Documentation.Ability to apply Verification and Financial Records accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
