About the role

F Street is a Milwaukee-based investment firm with a track record of success across multiple industries, with a primary focus on real estate-related investment products. Our team is made up of driven, experienced professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional results for our investors and for themselves. We move fast, think big, and reward those who hustle. The Hard Money Co. is F Street's private lending arm. We make short-term bridge loans to real estate investors nationwide: Fix & Flip, BRRRR, and Rentals. We close in 7–10 days, underwrite in-house, and don't require appraisals or borrower credit checks. Brokers send us deals because we pay them on every loan and they keep their client. You'll sell that. Location: Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads fast – we generate them; you convert them.
• Build a broker book: mortgage brokers, loan officers, and branch managers whose investor clients need a fast yes.
• Source direct borrowers through wholesalers, agents, investor meetups, and outbound.
• Quote, qualify, and package files with processing and underwriting.
• Stay the borrower's contact from application to payoff, and into the next deal.

Requirements

• Sales experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services.
• Private lending experience is a real plus.

Skills

• Ability to follow up without being reminded and run a pipeline without being managed.
• Clear communication by email, phone, and in person.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Pay

Base Salary: All Loan Originators receive a $50,000 annualized base salary during their first six months of employment. This guaranteed income is designed to provide financial stability during the ramp-up period while LOs complete training, learn the systems, and begin building their pipeline.

Commission Structure: Once live, Originators earn commission on all funded loan volume. Deals that come from F Street-provided leads pay 50 basis points (0.50%), while deals that are self-sourced by the Originator pay a higher rate of 75 basis points (0.75%). This structure rewards both execution and personal initiative.
