About the role

ATM Lending is looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Originators in the Jacksonville, FL area to join our growing team. As a Loan Originator, you will partner with clients and Realtors alike to provide a positive loan experience by demonstrating our commitment to providing exemplary customer service, competitive loan programs, and creative loan solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and realtors on the loan process.
• Educate clients on competitive loan programs & creative loan solutions.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Present mortgage options in accordance with all regulations.
• Assist clients with completing applications, ensuring paperwork and signatures needed to process the mortgage are collected timely and accurately, and maintain communication throughout processing.
• Maintain awareness of mortgage industry trends and increase brand awareness in the community.
• Network and generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain a high level of accountability and morality.

Requirements

• NMLS License required.
• Ability to maintain license & complete continued education.
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service.
• Must be a motivated individual with proven sales experience.
• Knowledge of the mortgage process.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.

Pay
