Requirements
- Proven experience in loan operations management
- Strong supervisory skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in loan operations
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
