Job Responsibilities

• Order additional documentation from third parties as needed on all loan files before handing them to the loan processor.
• Work directly with loan officers, loan officer assistants, and processors.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
