Come join our amazing team! Our Loan Officer, Specialty Products role focuses on selling Non-QM and other mortgages while adhering to company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business by making outbound calls to company-sourced leads, handling inbound calls from mail solicitation campaigns, call transfers from Customer Service Representatives, and inbound inquiry customer calls.
- Identify self-sourced customers from a network of realtors and other professionals.
- Adhere to all phone disclosure requirements when speaking to customers.
- Manage the loan process according to current legal and company guidelines, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow up with prospects regarding submitted documents, analyze credit reports and income documents, and conduct further research as required.
- Explain various loan products to customers and provide a high level of customer service throughout the loan process.
- Ensure loans comply with Carrington guidelines, applicable state and federal regulations, and investor requirements.
- Partner with operations staff to ensure expedient processing of file flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in mortgage lending preferred, with some experience specifically in Non-QM products.
- Current Mortgage Loan Originator License through NMLS Safe Act/MLO certification required.

Pay
The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $300,000+ annually.
