Responsibilities
- Analyzing income
- Processing loans with FHA, VA, and Conventional
- Ensuring compliance with TRID regulations
- Communicating loan decisions and underwriting guidelines to customers and business partners
- Requesting and obtaining necessary documents for loan submission and final approval
- Reporting on loan pipeline to loan originators
- Providing superior customer service and communication skills
- Working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Encompass LOS (a plus)
- Experience with compliance and TRID regulations
- Proactive and timely communication
- Able to complete loan submissions accurately and quickly
- Able to report on loan pipeline
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
