Loan Officer - Centennial, CO

Responsibilities

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing income.
• 2-5+ years of FHA, VA, and Conventional recent processing experience.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a big plus.
• Knowledge of compliance/TRID regulations.
• Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
• Able to accurately and quickly request and obtain needed items for submission of loan as well as complete final approval to meet underwriters' requests for closing.
• Able to hold weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
• Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a flexible and fast-paced production-oriented environment.
