About the role

We're seeking a Loan Officer who can drive results and build strong relationships. Your role includes guiding clients through the mortgage process, managing loan pipelines, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and referral partners
• Navigate clients through the loan application to closing process
• Set clear expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Stay informed on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals
• Effective management of a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
