About the role

Represent Black Diamond Mortgage in communities within Montana, with regular support and meetings available via video meetings from the corporate office in Flathead County.

Responsibilities

• Develop a prospective client database
• Work toward originating 3-10 loans per month
• Manage a ratio of approximately 3 applications to every 1 funded loan
• Generate income per loan averaging $5k, potentially reaching up to $10K
• Focus on volume and client satisfaction
• Benefit from mentorship from the owner and founder of Black Diamond Mortgage
