Responsibilities
- Develop a prospective client database
- Work toward originating 3-10 loans per month
- Take approximately 3 applications to every 1 funded loan
- Average income per loan can average $5k per loan and reach upwards of $10K
Requirements
- NMLS license required
- Training provided
