Loan Officer Assistant

Responsibilities

• Engage with outbound leads to build a pipeline of clients
• Aid borrowers by gathering information and guiding them through the loan process
• Educate clients on loan products, options, and qualifications
• Communicate with clients to collect documentation and provide updates
• Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset or desire to grow in a performance-based role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Mortgage, sales, or finance experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (we help you get licensed)
