About the role

Are you ambitious, driven, and looking for a career with unlimited growth potential? Our Loan Officer Trainee Program is designed to help motivated individuals transition into licensed Mortgage Loan Officers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Completed mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% company paid)
• Mastered proven sales scripts and communication techniques
• Built and managed a pipeline of prospective borrowers
• Gained hands-on experience with loans actively moving through the process
• Received ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
• Prepared for a successful transition into a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer role

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the mortgage industry

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

$16 - $18 hourly + commission opportunities
