Loan Officer Assistant

Maintain and respond to loan officer inquiries submitted to The HUB email inbox. Provide accurate answers and guidance related to:

• Operational processes
• Submitting loans to the LOA team
• Disclosures, ARRIVE setup, and government program requests (by routing to the correct department)
• Generate troubleshooting for internal systems and workflows

What You’ll Bring

• Must be a licensed Loan Officer
• Must be familiar with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Clear and friendly communication skills with both internal teams and clients
