Loan IQ Product Owner-Vice President

Job Overview

The Loan IQ Product Owner is responsible for enabling and converting multiple global portfolios between platforms, leveraging expertise in Lending Operations and the Loan IQ platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring milestones and budget are met.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across various organizations.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics within and across projects.
• Identify and resolve issues, including those outside established projects.
• Ensure project scope definition aligns with business objectives.
• Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards.
• Negotiate resources from other departments to ensure project completion.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify and develop mitigation strategies for risks impacting project delivery.
• Apply advanced understanding of concepts and procedures within the Loan IQ domain.
• Responsible for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding operations.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years Operations lending experience
• 5 - 10 years Loan IQ experience
• Analysis & data mapping skills required
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and related economics
• Subject matter expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products

Education

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
