Loan Coordinator I

Job Summary

Join our Commercial Lending team in Phoenix as a Loan Coordinator! As a Commercial Loan Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn what happens behind-the-scenes at a financial institution, while also providing paths for personal and career growth and development. This position will be responsible for commercial loan data gathering and commercial loan client service from pre-approval to closing and everywhere in-between.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documentation, entity documents, and all associated collateral instruments.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with our clients, outside vendors and other team members.
• Provide exceptional support to our Commercial Lenders.

• Ability to research information to find answers.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work.
• Skilled in using time well, being flexible, and adaptable to change.

Pay

We anticipate a starting salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility.
