We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: About Us paragraph maybe considered "About Us" but not a required heading? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The "About Us" is not one of those headings; but we could maybe put it under "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description; could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not limited to those, but we should use those headings when appropriate. The posting includes "About Us" which is company overview; maybe we can treat as "About the role"? But better to include a section "About the role" with the description of role? The posting includes "Job Description" which is responsibilities. So we can map: - About the role: maybe the "About Us" paragraph? Or we could skip About the role if not specific. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "About Us" which is company description, not role. Could we include a section "About the role" with the job description? Actually the job description is separate. The "About Us" could be considered company info, not required. Might be okay to omit it because not one of the headings list? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop company description if it's substantive. However we could incorporate it into a

without a heading? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Thus we need to keep the "About Us" paragraph somewhere. Since it's not a heading from the list, we could just put it as a

without a heading. That's acceptable. Now we need to extract sections: Job Description: bullet-like sentences separated by semicolons. We need to turn into

    • list. Your Profile: list of requirements/qualifications/skills. We need to separate into appropriate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes: "Your Profile 3 – 5 years of experience working in asset management (preferably in fund houses, fund administrators or the Big 4 etc.); Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration including NAV calculation, tax compliance among others; Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CA); Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds) is desirable; You are fluent in written and spoken English. You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate; Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines; You are mature, and detail-oriented; High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word; Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of consolidations would be a distinct advantage." We need to categorize: Requirements (experience), Qualifications (certifications), Skills (technical/soft). Let's decide: - Requirements: "3 – 5 years of experience working in asset management (preferably in fund houses, fund administrators or the Big 4 etc.); Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration including NAV calculation, tax compliance among others;" maybe also "Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds) is desirable;" could be requirement/desirable. - Qualifications: "Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CA);" - Skills: "You are fluent in written and spoken English.; You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate; Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines; You are mature, and detail-oriented; High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word; Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems would be a distinct advantage.; Knowledge of consolidations would be a distinct advantage." Also maybe "Prior knowledge or experience..." could be under Requirements as desirable. Now Benefits: The "What We Offer" paragraph includes bullet-like sentences separated by line breaks? Actually it's a paragraph with sentences separated by spaces? Let's parse: "We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you. Our industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning. Our Global Benefits Also Include Support for professional accreditations such as ACCA and study leave Flexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday!Continuous mentoring along your career progression Active sports, events and social committees across our offices 24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program The opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan Plus additional local benefits depending on your location" We need to turn into
      • for benefits. Identify each benefit: - Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning. - Support for professional accreditations such as ACCA and study leave - Flexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday! - Continuous mentoring along your career progression - Active sports, events and social committees across our offices - 24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program - The opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan - Plus additional local benefits depending on your location Also "We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you." is introductory; could be a

before list. Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay or Schedule sections. Now we need to output HTML fragment: start with maybe a

        for About Us, then

        About the role

?? Actually we have Job Description as responsibilities. Could we treat "About the role" as the Job Description? But the instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities... So we could have both About the role and Responsibilities? Might be redundant. Better to follow the instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should include headings for those that have content. The posting has a "Job Description" which is responsibilities. So we can put

        Responsibilities

with list. We also have "About Us" which could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat "About the role" as a brief summary of the role; we don't have that separate. Could we put the About Us under

        About the role

? That might be misleading but still conveys company info. However the instruction says "About the role" is an example heading; we could use it for company overview if no better heading. But we also have "About Us" which is company description; we could put that under

        About the role

as a prose paragraph. That would preserve the info. Alternatively we could omit About the role heading and just put About Us as a

without heading. The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must use those exact headings; it's examples. So we could have a heading like "About Us" if we want, but they didn't list that as example. Safer to follow the examples: use headings from that list only. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: Could contain the "About Us" paragraph (company overview). It's not exactly about the role but it's the only prose we have besides responsibilities. We'll put it there. - Responsibilities: Job Description bullet list. - Requirements: experience items. - Qualifications: certification. - Skills: language, soft skills, IT, specific systems. - Benefits: What We Offer list. No Pay or Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Now produce HTML:
