About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Administrator to join our Commercial Real Estate Credit Department at the Assistant Vice President level. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the full lifecycle of CRE and Residential loan transactions — from documentation review and closing coordination through boarding, servicing, and post-closing administration. Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of CRE and Residential loan transactions, including documentation review, closing coordination, boarding, servicing support, and exception tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with the Encompass loan origination system, including pipeline management, document review, data integrity validation, and workflow coordination.
  • Working knowledge of CRE loan products, loan lifecycle processes, collateral documentation, escrow requirements, and post-closing administration.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit approvals, underwriting conditions, closing packages, and funding processes.
  • Familiarity with applicable lending regulations, compliance standards, and internal control requirements related to CRE and Residential lending.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage operations, commercial real estate lending, residential lending, or a related banking environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential loan processes, including documentation review, closing coordination, boarding, servicing support, and exception tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with the Encompass loan origination system, including pipeline management, document review, data integrity validation, and workflow coordination.

Qualifications
