Essential Functions
- Aids Commercial Relationship Managers in gathering and preparing pre-closing documents and communications.
- Coordinates and manages the collection and completion of documentation for loan closings and funding.
- Manages past due and maturing loans, reviews and prepares draw requests, and processes them for approval.
- Maintains the loan portfolio of Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure collateral exceptions are cleared and financial reporting requirements are met.
- Supports Commercial Relationship Managers with customer inquiries, assists with service requests, and facilitates customer transactions.
- Performs administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive bank information.
- Provides enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service to customers and employees.
- Participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including BSA and related anti-money laundering laws.
Additional Functions
- Operates within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as assigned or directed.
Required Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
Physical Activity/Dexterity
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers.
- Works with fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Physical Environment Demands
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Working Conditions/Environment
- Stationary position 90% of the time.
- Frequent communication with others throughout the day.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Work Schedule/Hours
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Available for overtime, as needed.
