Loading Dock Teammate

About the role

The Loading Dock Teammate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of loading dock and mailroom activities at the Intuit Dome. This position supports daily operations and will be involved in various tasks such as offloading and sorting pallets and packages, assisting with deliveries, maintaining inventory, and keeping the dock area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Offload and sort pallets and packages and assist with receiving large shipments.
• Absorb and assist Loading Dock Technicians with deliveries throughout the arena.
• Log vehicle traffic and delivery activity, maintaining accurate inbound/outbound records.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and received items.
• Support the setup of temporary infrastructure (bike racks, traffic cones, etc).
• Stage pallets, bales, and bulk materials for delivery or storage.
• Safely handle HazMat and sensitive shipments as directed.
• Keep dock and adjacent service areas clean and organized.
• Provide end-of-shift recaps to ensure clear communication with the team.
• Follow all Intuit Dome safety and operational policies.
• Other duties as required by the Dockmaster on Duty.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability and trustworthiness.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule

This is a part-time seasonal position for the 2026-2027 NBA season based at the Intuit Dome located in Inglewood, CA. The candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games. Work hours will fluctuate based on event schedules and business needs.
