Loader/Operator/Warehouse Laborer - GROWMARK FS, LLC - Adrian, PA

The purpose of this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at retail supply location
• Follow maintenance schedule of facility and equipment
• Operate Front-End Loader to load product on trucks
• Manage inventory and distribution of products
• Drive and deliver products as requested
• Stock and move warehouse product and material
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel
• Maintain facility and equipment image
• Assist in obtaining goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work with location manager on all safety and compliance issues
• Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures
• Drive and run local errands as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of front-end loader and retail related work experience demonstrating knowledge of basic business principles of inventory management and mechanics
• Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to frequently lift 51–70 lbs
• Ability to frequently work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
• Ability to work in conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal schedule to meet seasonal demands
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training, including education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training related to position requirements
