Loader Operator - TN, Lebanon

About the role

Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of concrete plants.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with the production team to ensure operations are on schedule.
• Check and report equipment issues to the team.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Count inventory and alert the team to stock levels.
• Share ideas for process improvements.
• Be available to assist with any task.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience operating similar machinery is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Good communication skills.
• Team player with a go-getter attitude.

Pay

Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.

Schedule
