Loader Operator - TN Christiana

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure the production team always has the materials they need.
• Work alongside the crew and production team to maintain on-schedule operations.
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report any issues to keep operations safe.
• Follow all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep your work area clean and organized to support site safety.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure materials are available to keep production running.
• Communicate ideas to plant leaders to help improve processes and safety.
• Pitch in wherever needed, supporting teammates and tackling tough jobs as they arise.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery is a plus; willingness to learn and strong work ethic are essential.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety for yourself and your team; willingness to speak up about unsafe conditions.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable attendance and readiness to work.
• Physical ability to perform job duties in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
