About the role

Operate big equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement at SRM Concrete, a family-owned ready mix concrete company. Join a team focused on quality, integrity, and service.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to transport materials
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors
• Work with the production team to maintain schedule
• Check and report equipment issues to the team
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Count inventory and ensure materials are available
• Share ideas for process improvement
• Be available to assist with various tasks

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Physical ability to handle the job
• Experience operating similar machinery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings

Pay
